Anna and Lucy De Cinque from Perth, Australia, have revealed their hopes for having children with their shared boyfriend
Identical twins share their looks, but one set of twins from Australia have revealed they share a lot more than that.
Sisters Anna and Lucy De Cinque, who pride themselves on being the “world’s most identical twins”, are currently sharing a boyfriend and hope to be able to marry him one day.
In a recent television interview on Australia’s Today programme, the pair made a shocking confession.
As well as tying the knot with their shared beau, they also both want to get pregnant by him – at the same time.
If this were to happen their children would be both half-siblings and cousins.
Anna and Lucy, who finish each other’s sentences, claim the idea about having babies together came from their mum.
They said: “Our mum’s actually convincing us to go naturally, give birth naturally – so I don’t know how that’s gonna work cause we would need to be pregnant at the same time.
“It’s gonna be another challenge. It’s all up to Ben, I think. There’s a lot of pressure on Ben.”
In December the sisters spoke out about their desire to change Australian law so they can both walk down the aisle with their dream man.
Polygamy, having more than one wife, is currently banned in the country under the Marriage Act 1961.
Speaking about their relationship, they previously told The Sun: “We were upfront that we came as a package and he insisted that was fine with him.
Being a non-identical twin himself, he said that he understood our bond.
“We were still nervous though.”
They added: “We knew some guys might think it was kinky to date twins and see us a trophy, so we had to feel sure that Ben genuinely liked both of us before we agreed to meet him.”
