REGISTRAR General Tobaiwa Mudede has urged prospective voters in next year’s harmonised elections to obtain machine readable plastic national identity cards if they entertain hopes of registering during the biometric voter registration exercise. Mr Mudede’s department will on Monday next week roll out a three-month national mobile registration exercise for national identity cards and birth and death certificates in preparation for voter registration. DISGRACED Bulawayo lawyer Tungamirai Nyengera and his employer, Herbert Shenje, allegedly teamed up with a bogus property owner and defrauded a home seeker of $25 000.
